職責 - 協助餐廳總經理管理餐廳日常營運，確保團隊持續提供超卓服務，並超越顧客期望，達至星級水平。 - 監督預算及每月／每年預測，嚴謹控制成本。 - 建立並維持與客戶的良好關係，確保其滿意度及忠誠度。 - 處理顧客查詢及回應意見回饋，迅速採取糾正措施，持續提升整體用餐體驗。 - 提供具感染力的領導及培訓予團隊，營造正面的工作環境。 - 處理並完成符合集團政策及管理層決策的工作與相關事項。 要求 - 最少3年或以上餐廳管理經驗 - 能說流利廣東話及略懂英語及普通話 - 良好的溝通和人際交往能力 - 細心及關注細節 Responsibilities - Assist the Restaurant General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring the team consistently delivers exceptional service that exceeds customer expectations to achieve top-tier/star-level standards - Monitor budgets and monthly/annual forecasts while strictly controlling costs - Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty - Handle customer inquiries and feedback, taking prompt corrective action to continuously enhance the overall dining experience - Provide inspiring leadership and training to the team, fostering a positive work environment - Execute and complete tasks and related matters in accordance with group policies and management decisions Requirements - Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience - Fluent in Cantonese; basic command of English and Mandarin - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Attentive to detail with a high level of meticulousness
