負責炸雞、意粉、飯類及其他熱食的烹調及製作 Prepare and cook fried chicken, pasta, rice meals, and other hot food items 按照標準食譜及流程處理食材（切配、醃製、預備） Handle ingredients (cutting, marinating, prepping) according to standard recipes and procedures 保持廚房工作區域、設備及用具的清潔衞生 Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen workstations, equipment, and utensils 協助廚房開檔及收檔工作，包括點存食材及清潔 Assist with kitchen opening and closing duties, including inventory checks and cleaning 遵守公司食品安全、溫度控制及貨物存放指引 Comply with company food safety, temperature control, and storage guidelines
