Air Operation Officer

JJob Descriptions • Documentation & Operations: Handle full sets of Air Export/Import documents, filing, and issue accurate debit notes. • Data & Systems: Manage data entry, send pre-alerts, and process amendments, Proof of Delivery (POD), and pre-claims. • Communication & Coordination: Maintain daily communication with internal departments, overseas partners, and carriers to ensure smooth execution. • Problem Solving: Troubleshoot operational issues, address carrier/customer performance gaps, and assist origin/destination partners with problem resolution. • Ad-hoc Tasks: Handle ad-hoc operational assignments as required. Job Requirements • Experience: 1–2 years of working experience in an Air/Ocean Freight Forwarder (fresh graduates are also welcome to apply). • Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin). • Technical Skills: Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). • Soft Skills: Proactive, ambitious, hardworking, and equipped with strong communication abilities. • Work Ethic: Independent, eager to learn, and possessing a strong sense of responsibility. • Location: Tsuen Wan, N.T. • Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Saturday: 9:00AM – 1:00 PM email : hr@namkyungglobal.com
