About the role: We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales or Sales Associate to join our dynamic team at Diesel Pacific Limited in Hong Kong. In this full-time position, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales at our stores. What you'll be doing: - Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets. - Deliver outstanding service aligned with the brand's standards. - Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences. - Build and maintain long-term relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business. - Create personalized client experiences, including services and private appointments. - Manage post-sale follow-up, including client feedback and relationship nurturing. - Maximize cross-selling and upselling opportunities. - Maintain in-depth knowledge of product lines, brand history, and current campaigns.
