Lounge - Guest Services Officer 貴賓室 - 顧客服務主任 (8 day-off per month 月休8日)

Provide services to guests in lounges, including but not limited to: Handle check in procedure and follow admission instruction; Greet, receive and bid farewell guests at Entrance and Reception; Assist guests with their internet access requirements, baggage arrangement, shower and nap room booking; Carry out regular checks of all areas of the Lounge; Deal with guest requests and complaints promptly and effectively. 在貴賓室為客人提供服務，包括但不限於： 為客人辦理貴賓室使用手續； 有禮地迎接、接待客人； 協助客人上網需求、行李安排、淋浴間和午睡室預訂； 定期檢查貴賓室的所有區域確保場地符合整潔及安全要求； 及時跟進客人的要求和投訴。
