Trajectory Development Coordinator

Ref : MP/260911/TDC This role supports young mothers and their children by coordinating early intervention services in the community, to promote maternal well-being, positive parenting, child development, and family stability through delivering tailored interventions, developmental monitoring, and case management. Overseeing safeguarding, stakeholder engagement, and compliance requirements to ensure positive outcomes for families. Basic Requirement : Bachelor's degree or above in Social Work or a related discipline Registered Social Worker is preferred. Equivalent professional qualifications are welcome Minimum 3 years' experience in family support or child development, including work with young mothers, infants, or families in vulnerable circumstances will be a significant advantage Successful candidate must share the commitment of Mother's Choice in upholding the safety and protection of children as paramount.
