IT Project Manager (P2-PM2-OMH-EL)

Requirements : Holder of a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline; English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language at Grade E or above in HKCEE / Level 2 in HKDSE; Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience; Experience in web-based portal development, open API architecture, and Private/Hybrid Cloud management; Knowledge of data security protocols and SRAA / PDPO compliance; Proficiency in ASP.NET, VB.NET, ASP, PHP, SQL, stored procedures, and MS SQL Server; Customer-oriented mindset and ability to work collaboratively; Good communication and interpersonal skills. Job Duties : Develop and maintain systems to support cross-professionals and departmental initiatives; Collaborate with users to gather and analyze functional requirements; Establish and maintain a central data infrastructure and SSOT database; Manage longitudinal dataset consolidation and provide macro-level analytics for district health trend reporting; Assist in system documentation, testing (UAT), and deployment; Provide technical support and training to end-users; Participate in strategic projects such as data platform development, and digital innovation pilots; Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors.
