Service Manager (IVRS)

Job Reference : SM(IVRS)-HO Responsibilities : Provide direction and strategy to the overall planning, implementing and monitoring of the Association's Integrated Vocational Rehabilitation Services (including: Jockey Club Tiptop Training Centre, Employment Services Centre and Social Enterprises) Supervise the operation of the services, administration and financial management Maintain and explore partnering relationship to ensure development and sustainability of services Requirements : Registered Social Worker Degree or above in Social Work with at least 5 years of relevant post-qualification experiences; or Higher diploma or certificate in Social Work with at least 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience in social work in which 5 years in rehabilitation field Preferably with at least 3 years management experience Experience in vocational rehabilitation services and/or Social Enterprises is preferred Mature and proactive, strong management skill and leadership in supervising IC and directing service development Good writing and communication skills in both Chinese and English Salary & Benefits : We offer 5-day work week, competitive remuneration package including birthday leave, family friendly leave, marriage leave, compassionate leave, medical insurance, staff training allowance and additional employer voluntary contribution to MPF for staff who work 5 years or above.
