Part-time Chef (CDP / Senior CDP)

We are looking for chefs who combine speed, consistency, discipline and craftsmanship. Duration: Approximately 1–1.5 months Location: Hysan Place, Causeway Bay Hourly Rate: HK$$80-$85 (Remuneration will be determined based on experience, technical ability and trial performance.) Requirements * Minimum 10 years’ professional kitchen experience * Able to independently manage both Pasta and Grill sections during service * Comfortable working in an Open Kitchen environment * Able to perform efficiently in a fast-paced Casual Fine Dining operation * Fast, organised and able to consistently maintain high food quality under pressure * Excellent mise en place planning and service execution * St
