Responsibilities: Provide the clerical support to daily sales activities, including the preparation of issuing sales order, invoices & promotion report, etc.; Data Entry & Run Reports; Maintain Department database records & good filing system; Handle ad hoc duties as assigned. Requirement: F.5 or above; With working experience is advantage; Positive working attitude, willing to learn and good communication skills; Proficient in using MS Word, Excel V lookup, Chinese Word processing & PowerPoint; Fresh graduates are welcomed.
