Clerical Officer - TST / Kwun Tong / Hom Hung

Requirements • Diploma or Degree holder in any disciplines • Minimum 1 year work experience in any field • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese • Familiar with MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing Responsibilities • Provide full spectrum of administrative and secretarial support • Schedule and maintain calendar of appointments and meetings • Provide administrative support to the team • Responsible for general office administrative duties including vendors’ management • Follow up project • Perform day-to-day clerical duties and ad hoc assignments Interested parties please send your full resume, expected salary and availability to sharon@besteam.com.hk
