Job Responsibilities: · Greet patients in a polite and friendly manner, answer phones, schedule appointments, handle enquiries and patients’ registrations · Provide clinical and clerical support to doctor during consultations & examinations as required · Handle payment by cash, credit card, cheque etc. · Handle patients' insurance plans and claims process Job Requirements: · Hands-on PC knowledge required · Pleasant, good telephone manners, team-player with strong interpersonal & multi-tasking skills · Fluent in English, Cantonese and conversational Putonghua
