- Manage daily clubhouse operations, review/enhance policies, handle contractor tendering, and oversee facility booking systems - Act as the primary point of contact for elite residents, resolve complaints with diplomacy, and present operational updates at Owners’ Committee meetings - Supervise, train, and inspire team members to maintain premium service standards - Partner with F&B and Community Relations to organize events, lifestyle activities, and promotions for residents
