Operations Team Leader (Overnight Shift)

Job Summary: Iron Mountain is seeking for an Operations Team Leader with a proofing record in team management and hands-on operational knowledge. YOU will be monitoring the team's productivities to ensure a high standard of service deliveries. Responsibilities: To manage and to guide a team on their daily productivities and resources in order to meet the desired quality and targets. To provide a top notch communication and client support to ensure smooth and efficient operations. To compile production reports and incident reports. Overall responsible for operations to be proceed in accordance with ISO manual. To assist Manager on Project budget and P&L. Requirements: Diploma or abov
