Site Supervisor (MVAC)

Responsibilities: -Carry out site co-ordination and supervision for MVAC installation, testing, inspection and maintenance works -Supervise direct labour and subcontractors to ensure works are completed in compliance with project specifications, safety requirements and quality standards -Monitor site progress and ensure all works are carried out efficiently and safely -Estimate, prepare and control the use of construction materials, equipment and manpower resources -Prepare site reports, photo records, work schedules and other relevant project documentation -Assist in monitoring project progress, quality control and site safety performance -Report to Project Manager and collaborate closely w
