Controller / Coordinator

Job Responsibilities: - Provide daily administrative support to the Operations Department - Responsible for inventory keeping and mini-store management - Communicate professionally with internal teams and external clients to track order progress and shipment statuses - Perform ad hoc tasks, clerical duties and projects as required Job Requirements: - HKDSE / HKCEE above - Prior experience in warehousing or logistics is highly recommended - Customer oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills - Stable, detail-minded with good sense of responsibility and be able to work independently - Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing - Good in both spoken and written English,
