-Location: Ngau Tau Kok - Working day: Mon - Sun (5.5 days per week) - 09:00-20:00 (8 hours working time) - 9 hours per day (8 hours working, 1 hour lunch) Job Duties - Support hotline (inbound & outbound) - Handle non-phone enquiries (e.g. email, WebChat / WhatsApp) - Complaint handling - Support sales activities & projects - Rest day Qty in a month: Sun + Public Holiday in that month - Annual Leave: start from 10 days, if complete 1 year work, can add 1 more day (max. 14 days) Basic salary, around HK$17-19K (depends on experience)
