Key Responsibilities: Without limitation to the responsibilities set out below, the Manager of Agents is responsible for: 🔰 managing and monitoring the performance of the direct agents within his/her agency unit; 🔰 focus on the recruitment of agents and closely coach and monitor the agents’daily sales activities; 🔰 build and retain a direct team as his/her agency unit; 🔰 grow his/her agency unit and develop new recruits into quality advisors in terms of activity, productivity and persistency; 🔰 manage, supervise, motivate, train and coach individual agents; 🔰 maintain personal production and keep abreast of market sales activities and market intelligence; 🔰 ensure the agents within his/her agency unit comply with the highest standards of professional ethics; 🔰 monitor and maintain the performance, in terms of production of the agents; 🔰 Establishing and monitor personal sales target; 🔰 Assisting in recruitment, training, motivation and management of new advisors.
