Customer Services Executive-Marine Logistics

Responsibilities: Ensure ship spares are delivered to vessels within the deadline provided. The job requires building up good relationships with customers. • Communicate with agents and customer in handling enquiries and quotations • Providing most suitable solutions for sending urgent ship spares on board vessels globally • Liaising with overseas teams and partners to make sure smooth shipment deliveries • Place of bookings for different modes of transport based on clients' decisions • Arranging insurance on behalf of customers, and handling claims if loss or damage arises • Meeting customers regularly to build up relationships • Issuing invoices and analyzing profit statistics Requirements: • Higher Diploma or above in Maritime Studies, English, or Logistics related fields • Preferably with 2 years’ relevant experience in logistics industry • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and a sense of teamwork • Positive work attitude, detail-oriented, customer focus • Proficient in PC applications, e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook 5 days’ work week, career development, attractive remuneration and benefits package including medical insurance will be offered to the right candidate.
