Telephone Manager / Assistant Telephone Manager

Handle all incoming and outgoing telephone calls with courtesy and efficiency; Supervise staff members and ensure that all callers’ enquiries and requests are handled in a helpful and professional manner; Provide regular training and guidance to staff members to ensure high standard of services; Ensure proper working condition of the telephone switchboard and the hotel computer systems; Maintain effective communications with the team and other departments; To perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.
