Job Highlights Ensure the Comfort & Safety of all Hotel Guests Housekeeping Daily Operation Good in Customer Service Skills Job Responsibilities Assist the Executive Housekeeper on daily operation Supervise a team of room attendants Ensure the comfort and safety of all hotel guests Train and retrain assigned staff as needed Responsible for the maintenance of the guest room, public area and service area on an assigned floor in the most clean and up to standard Job Requirements 1 years of related experience Able to communicate in Cantonese, English and Putonghua Good in leadership skills Good in communication, interpersonal and customer service skills Willing to work on shift hours Immediately available is highly preferred More experience will be considered as Senior Floor Supervisor.
