工作職責 職位概述 Job Summary 店鋪銷售及營運人員 Sales and Operation role in store 工作職職 Job Responsibilities 主動向顧客打招呼並進行互動，以了解其需求。 Actively greet and engage customers to understand their needs. 展示及推薦產品，講解產品特點與優勢，並達成銷售 Present and recommend products, explain features/benefits, and close sales. 推廣現行促銷活動、會員計劃，並進行追加銷售和交叉銷售。 Promote current promotions, loyalty programs, and upsell/cross-sell items. 達成個人銷售目標，並為店鋪整體業績做出貢獻。 Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance. 以專業的態度處理顧客查詢及基本的投訴。 Handle customer inquiries and basic complaints professionally. 確保店鋪日常清潔、視覺陳列符合標準以及補充電品庫存。 Ensure daily store cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and stock replenishment. 維持賣場紀律，並遵循開店和關店程序。 Maintain shop floor discipline and follow opening/closing procedures. 準確執行收銀職責（包括 POS 系統操作、付款、退款及換貨）。 Perform cashier duties accurately (POS transactions, payments, returns, exchanges). 向主管匯報庫存不足、貨品損壞或陳列問題。 Report low stock, damages, or display issues to seniors. 遵循安全和減少損耗的程序，以協助防盜與防損工作。 Support loss prevention by following security and shrinkage control procedures. 透過親切、樂於助人且專業的服務，持續提升顧客體驗。 Continuously improve customer experience through friendly, helpful, and professional service. 展現豐富的產品知識與快速學習的能力。 Demonstrate product knowledge and quick learning ability. 具備高效的團隊合作精神，並保持積極正面的活力。 Work effectively as part of the team and maintain positive energy. 能適應快節奏的零售環境及彈性的工作時間。 Adapt to fast-paced retail environment and flexible working hours. 工作要求 Job Requirements 具備最少 1 年零售業經驗，擁有消費電子產品背景者優先考慮。 Minimum 1 year’s experience in retail industry, with consumer electronics background will be an advantage. 對科技行業充滿熱情，並能為我們的顧客提供高標準的服務。 Passionate in tech industry and able to deliver high-standard service to our customers. 具備出色的良好人際關係及顧客服務技巧，性格充滿活力、和藹可親且外向。 Excellent in interpersonal and customer service skills with energetic, pleasant and outgoing personality. 具備良好的協作能力，是一位優秀的團隊合作者。 Good team player with good collaborative skill. 態度積極，並熱衷於在零售業發展事業。 Positive attitudes and passionate in developing a career in retail industry.
