We serve premium Korean cuisine and Korean barbecue. Location: Kowloon, Hong Kong Salary: HK$20,000 - HK$22,000 / month (Negotiable based on experience) Responsibilities • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations and ensuring that service, food, and operational standards are met. • Assist in leading and supervising the front-of-house team, including roster planning, work allocation, and on-the-job training. • Handle guest enquiries, feedback, and unexpected situations in a warm and professional manner. • Monitor restaurant cleanliness, hygiene, and service flow to ensure smooth front-of-house operations. • Assist in monitoring inventory, daily operating costs, and staff performance, and report to the Store Manager. Requirements • Minimum 3 years of front-of-house experience in the F&B industry, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role. • Strong leadership, communication, customer-service, and problem-solving skills. • Fluency in both Cantonese and English is mandatory; Mandarin is an advantage. • Responsible, proactive, team-oriented, and able to work on shifts. • Experience in Korean restaurants or chain restaurants is an advantage.
