Key Responsibilities 職責: - Prepare and handle daily mise en place efficiently 負責日常食材準備 (mise en place) 及相關工作 - Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, texture, and presentation 確保食品質素、味道、口感及擺盤保持一致 - Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness at all times 確保符合食品衛生、安全及清潔標準 - Ensure all dishes are prepared in a professional manner and meet company standards 確保所有出品質素專業並符合公司要求 - Perform any other duties and ad hoc assignments as assigned 完成上司指派的其他工作及臨時任務
