Property Officer / Asst. Property Officer

Responsibilities Assist the Property Manager to oversee and monitor the day-to-day property management functions. Requirements 1) Diploma or above in Property Management or related disciplines, 2) Holding a valid PMSA Tier 2 Property Management Practitioner Licence, 3) Minimum 3 years of solid experience in property management, 4) Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, 5) Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, 6) Able to work under pressure and independently. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Property Officer.
