We are looking for a Barista who sees coffee as more than a drink. While you will be responsible for standard beverage preparation, your primary differentiator will be your creativity. You will own the monthly coffee calendar, designing unique flavor profiles, thematic menus, and customer engagement initiatives that keep our offerings fresh and drive repeat traffic. Requirement: Education: HKCEE/DSE holder Professional: A Hygiene Supervisor Certificate holder is preferable Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in the coffee industry Competency: Excellent communication skills and customer service. Proactive, enthusiastic about work, responsible, and a team player Awareness: Able to work independently and have team spirit Skills: Proficiency in latte art, Strong understanding of coffee chemistry and extraction theory, the ability to invent new coffee varieties.
