#FullTime #TradingOperationsAssistant #OfficeWork #Friendly and stable working environment #On-the-job training and career development opportunities Responsibilities: •Able to prepare quotations and process orders independently •Arrange deliveries and operations for vessel supply orders •Maintain order records and update ERP system accurately •Comfortable with daily business email communication in English •Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment Requirements: •Diploma or above preferred •Some experience in administration, order processing, food trading, •purchasing coordination or operations support is preferred •Candidates with less experience but a positive attitude and willingness to learn will also be considered •Proficient in MS Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP, Pivot Table and basic formulas); experience with ERP systems is an advantage. On-the-job training will be provided.
