Native English Teacher (NET)

About the role Emmanuel Church Shatin Nursery School is seeking an experienced Native English Teacher to join our dedicated team. As a full-time role based in Sha Tin District, you will play a crucial part in providing high-quality English language education to our young learners. What you'll be doing • Delivering engaging and age-appropriate English lessons to children aged 2-6 years old • Planning and preparing interactive lesson plans that incorporate a range of teaching methods and resources • Assessing and monitoring students' progress, complete the relevant assessment form • Contributing to the development and implementation of the school's English language curriculum • Collaborating with the teaching team to ensure a cohesive and consistent learning environment • Able to work on Saturday to participating in school events, activities and professional development opportunities What we're looking for • Native-level English proficiency with excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Possess a relevant diploma/degree in English or a recognized English language teaching qualification or equivalent (such as a CELTA, TEFL, TESOL) • Minimum 2 years of experience teaching English and English Phonics to young children in a kindergarten or preschool setting • Strong understanding of early childhood development and the ability to create engaging, age-appropriate lessons • Passionate about fostering a love of learning in young students and committed to their holistic development • Proficient in using educational technology and multimedia resources to enhance learning • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team • Provide the record of SCRC Apply now to join our talented team of educators and make a meaningful limpact on the lives of our young learners.
