Account Clerk

Job Duties: - Handle daily accounting transactions, operations, data input and filing. - Check and confirm the customer invoice and account receivable. - Commission checking and verification. - Assist in month-end closing activities for commission calculation and preparing supporting schedules. - Maintain the good relationship with internal staff. - Clear AR in time after receiving money from customer. Requirements: - Form 5 or above - At least 2 years accounting/admin experience - Self-motivated, willing to learn - Proficient in MS office, including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
