支援經理經營餐廳。 提供優質嘅賓客服務。 同各部門協調，令工作流程有效率。 維護個人衛生和餐廳清潔。 先決條件 申請人必須： • 具有至少兩年類似職位的餐飲經驗。 • 認識清酒和葡萄酒; 侍酒師認證係加分項。 • 表現出較強的溝通和人際交往能力。 • 表現出領導能力、主動性和團隊建設能力。 • 熟悉日本料理和飲料。 • 對學習和專業發展充滿熱情。 • 在壓力下和繁忙時間表現良好。 • 會說英語和廣東話; 日文係一個優勢。 • 持有有效香港身份證。 • 有食物衛生經理證書者優先。 Job Descriptions: Supporting the manager in restaurant operations. Delivering excellent guest service. Coordinating with all departments for efficient workflow. Upholding personal hygiene and restaurant cleanliness. Pre-requisite Applicant should: • Have at least 2 years’ Food & Beverage experience in a similar role. • Know sake and wine; Sommelier certification is a plus. • Demonstrate strong communication and people skills. • Show leadership, initiative, and team-building ability. • Be familiar with Japanese cuisine and drinks. • Be passionate about learning and professional development. • Perform well under pressure and during busy hours. • Speak English and Cantonese; Japanese is an advantage. • Hold a valid HKID. • Food Hygiene Manager certification preferred.
