職務說明 此職位必需識日語。只會考慮會說日語的申請 a) 營運管理 前台經理負責日常餐廳營運，確保順暢的場地服務並處理一般事務。 b)員工管理與訓練 此職務負責管理員工並執行訓練計畫，並準備工作清單以促進高效排程。 c )業務績效監督 經理負責監控業務表現，目標是提升營運效率與提升客戶滿意度。 d) 領導力與服務品質 作為團隊的領導者，經理提供指導，確保持續提供可靠且高品質的服務。 e) 跨部門溝通 經理維持部門間的有效溝通，以確保營運協調並解決問題。 f) 衛生與清潔 經理執行衛生與清潔標準，確保所有員工提供安全且友善的環境。 職位要求 1. 至少有兩年餐廳營運與管理經驗。 2. 具備強大的領導力與建立團隊合作的能力。 3. 了解日本料理、清酒及國際葡萄酒。 4. 對餐飲業學習與專業發展充滿熱情。 5. 在繁忙時段也能在壓力下表現出色。 6. 必須精通日語，並要求具備粵語和英語。 7. 必須持有有效的香港身份證。 8. 需持有食品與環境衛生部門核准的衛生經理證書。 Job Description This position requires proficiency in Japanese language. Operational Management a) The Front of House Manager oversees daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth floor service and handling general affairs. b) Staff Management and Training This role manages staff and implements training programs, also preparing duty sheets for efficient scheduling. c) Business Performance Oversight The Manager monitors business performance, aiming for better operational efficiency and higher customer satisfaction. d) Leadership and Service Quality Leading the team, the Manager provides guidance to consistently deliver reliable, high-quality service. e) Interdepartmental Communication The Manager maintains effective communication across departments to ensure coordinated operations and resolve issues. f) Hygiene and Cleanliness Enforcing hygiene and cleanliness standards, the Manager ensures all staff provide a safe, welcoming environment. Position Requirements 1. At least two years’ experience in restaurant operations and management. 2. Strong leadership and ability to build teamwork. 3. Knowledge of Japanese cuisine, sakes, and international wines. 4. Passion for learning and professional development in the restaurant industry. 5. Able to perform well under pressure during busy hours. 6. Proficient in Japanese is mandatory , Cantonese and English are also required. 7. Must have a valid Hong Kong ID card. 8. Hygiene Manager certificate approved by the Food and Environment Hygiene Department required.
