Floor Supervisor 樓層督導

Job Responsibilities: • Supervise to ensure the hotel standard of cleanliness and set-up are achieved; • Assist in training of proper use of equipment and control room supplies; • Interact with guests and ensure a smooth flow of communication with other departments; • Arrange duties roster and distribution of workload; • Check and control stock levels of housekeeping materials; • Handle job tasks when assigned to all locations within Yulan’s parent company; • Responsible for all work assignments related to the nature of housekeeping service; • Perform any duties as assigned when necessary; Job Requirements: • Minimum 2 years’ experience in housekeeping operations
