Prepare and cook pastry and dessert items according to the restaurant’s standards, recipes, and specifications. Maintain consistently high standards of hygiene, food safety, and presentation. Monitor ingredient and stock levels, and assist with inventory control and ordering. Support seasonal menu updates and assist with new product development when required.
