Senior Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities Strategy & Brand Plan and execute the company's marketing strategy, including brand positioning, campaign planning, budget and annual marketing calendar Strengthen GABES's image as a professional and innovative safety-technology brand, and keep it consistent across all channels in line with our brand guidelines Conduct competitor analysis and track market trends in property technology, facility management and building safety Product Marketing & Lead Generation Turn technical products into clear messaging for different audiences: property and facility managers, IoT integrators and channel partners Produce sales collateral with the Sales and Design teams, including case studies, one-pagers, brochures, product videos and presentation decks Run B2B lead generation through LinkedIn, the website, email marketing and SEO/SEM, including keyword research, ad copywriting, campaign setup and monitoring Support co-marketing with channel partners Content & Social Media Manage day-to-day social media operations (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube), including content planning, scheduling, community replies and performance data Shoot, edit and post-produce video content for each platform, from project showcases and product demos to event highlights Events & PR Plan and run trade expos, product showcases, school talks and industry events, including on-site photography and real-time posting Build media relations and pitch stories on new projects, partnerships and awards Requirements Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B, technology or property-related industries Hands-on experience across digital marketing: social media, email, SEO/SEM and paid ads Basic photography and video editing skills, able to handle the full process from shooting to post-production Able to understand technical products and explain them simply Fluent in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is an advantage Passionate about content creation, responsible and quality-focused Self-driven and comfortable building things from scratch in a startup environment What We Offer 22-24K salary (negotiable) 5-day work week 15 days Annual leave Birthday leave ⁠Festival celebrations and team build activities Direct exposure to the management team and a real voice in company direction Collaborative team culture that encourages creativity and independent ideas On-the-job training and support for learning new skills Please send your CV to enquiries@gabes.com.hk
