Job descriptions and requirements Location: Central, Elite Office Working Days: 3 days per week Working Hours: 11:30 AM – 7:00 PM (Flexible hours available for university students to fulfill weekly commitment) Potential for Full-Time Offer based on performance and management decision About the Role: We are based in Central, currently looking for a tech-savvy and self-motivated Part-Time Project Assistant to join our team. You will leverage cutting-edge AI tools to support project execution, streamline workflows, and optimize daily operational efficiency. We are looking for a passionate and creative individual to support our team. This role is ideal for undergraduates or students majoring in Creative Media, Marketing, or Communication, who are eager to gain real-world experience in a dynamic, startup-like environment. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in project planning, execution, and research using advanced AI platforms. • Utilize AI tools to draft, proofread, and summarize reports, emails, and project documentation. • Standardize and automate routine workflows by creating effective prompt templates.
