Contract Project Officer (28k, EDB)

Salary: 28,020 Contract period: 9 month Location: Tamar Job requirment: (a) A bachelor's degree from local university, or equivalent (See Notes and Annex to Contract Schedule 5); (b) Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English; (c) Competent in using common computer software such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; (d) Good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills; and (e) Two years of working experience (in office administrative / editorial work, event or campaign management) in government or post-secondary education institutions is preferred. Job duties: (a) To assist in conducting research related to the building of "Study in Hong Kong" brand and international education hub (the initiative); (b) To assist in coordinating activities in relation to the initiative; (c) To prepare briefs, compile reports and statistical returns in relation to the initiative; (d) To provide administrative support in relation to the initiative (e.g. coordinating returns/inputs from teams; preparing PPT/speeches etc.); and (e) To undertake any other duties as assigned by senior officers.
