Scope of Work: Community Support - Parent Liaison: Proactively handle daily inquiries via WhatsApp and phone call - Enrollment Management: Meticulously process applications, coordinate lesson schedules, and record tuition payments - Relationship Building: Provide premium service to establish long-term trust and rapport with parents Sub-Team Management & Quality Support - Team Mentorship: Lead, interview, and onboard new Community Support members - Quality Control: Conduct ongoing monitoring and training of Community Support team - Strategic Insights: Consolidate weekly customer insights and lead weekly CS team calls to ensure service excellence Sales Enablement & Growth (Strategic Focus) - Sales Toolkit: Create marketing creatives, sales templates, and response guidelines - Growth Campaigns: Design and run reactivation campaigns to drive sales Who We Are Looking For: - The Growth Mindset: You don’t just "answer" inquiries—you look for opportunities to convert.
