飛機裝卸督察 Aircraft Loading Supervisor (歡迎無經驗人士)

主要職責 • 督導飛機裝卸代理員，督導隊員準時完成裝卸航機工作 • 確保航機裝卸工作符合服務標準、處理條件及安全指引 • 確保飛機按照裝卸報告裝卸 • 帶領及監察屬下飛機裝卸代理員小組的工作表現能否達到 相關標準 • 維持員工紀律、效率、安全、儀表和士氣 入職要求 • 專上程度或以上 • 有良好的溝通技巧包括英語，廣東話及普通話 • 能夠獨立工作並能於壓力下工作 • 能夠帶領屬下飛機裝卸代理員小組工作 • 基本電腦知識 • 持有輕型貨車及私家車駕駛執照(1、2號車牌) Responsibilities • To supervise a team of Aircraft Loading Agents to load and unload cargo baggage and mail into / from aircraft • To ensure that all aircraft are loaded according to service standards, handling requirements and safety regulations of the carriers • To certify that the aircraft is loaded in accordance with the loading report • To lead and monitor a team of Aircraft Loading Agents to meet the work performance standards • To maintain staff discipline, efficiency, safety, appearance and morale Requirements • Post-secondary or above • Good command of written / spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese • Capable of working independently and work under pressure • Able to control / supervise subordinates • Knowledge of PC • Holder of valid HK Driving Licence of Classes 1 & 2
