Marketing Assistant - Premium Hair Products

About the Role Glampalm is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities. You will play a key part in managing our e-commerce presence, coordinating inventory and fulfilment, executing promotional campaigns, and analysing performance data to support business decisions. Key Responsibilities E-commerce & Shopify Platform Management • Execute end-to-end product uploads (listings), including compelling product copywriting, image formatting, and category management. • Maintain eShop backend configurations and updates. • eShop online orders fufilments Inventory • O2O Coordination: Monitor online inventory levels to ensure synchronisation with physical channels and prevent overselling. Digital Marketing & Promotion • Plan and implement e-commerce promotional campaigns (e.g. Flash Sales, discount codes, and loyalty programmes). • Execute basic SEO optimisations to improve organic search rankings. • Collaborate on social media marketing efforts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and analyse advertising performance data. • Support the formulation, implementation and review of advertising, store promotions, joint promotions, events and visual merchandising plans. Data Analytics & Reporting • Prepare regular sales and campaign reports to provide data-driven insights for procurement and management decision-making.
