Customer Service Officer

Location: HK International Airport Working Hours: 07:00-16:00 / 11:00-20:00 / 15:00-00:00 (Shift required) Key Responsibilities: 1. Deliver professional customer service by providing information and responding to passenger enquiries 2. Assist passengers with lost-and-found matters and conduct searches for lost items within the airport 3. Maintain accurate records of lost property and support related administrative tasks 4. Support the Duty Manager in ensuring efficient daily operations and service delivery 5. Work closely with internal departments to facilitate the handling and recovery of lost property Key qualifications: 1. Diploma or above, Fresh Graduate are also welcome 2. With 1 years of Customer Service Experience 2. Fluent in Cantonese, English and fair Putonghua 3. Able to read and write Chinese & English 4.
