Accounting & Finance Manager (45K) 5 Days

Job description • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional accounting designation (CPA or equivalent) is a plus • 4+ years of accounting of finance experience • Proven experience managing, mentoring, and developing accounting teams • Experience in real estate / property investments / asset management / Family Office / investment / banking / finance institution is a plus • Advanced proficiency in Excel Job Duties • Reporting directly to the Expat Boss • Manage a small team of 3 members • Drive corporate financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation with high accuracy. • Oversee corporate financing and manage banking relationships • Partner with executive leadership to analyze asset-level performance and develop long-term financial forecasts and budgets. • Coordinate with external tax advisors and auditors to ensure timely tax filings, regulatory compliance, and robust internal controls.
