Guest Services Supervisor (客戶服務督導)

Responsibilities: • Assist guests in checking-in and checking-out • Provide information to guests’ enquiries • Patrol hotel premises in order to ensure the safety and security of the guests, staff and Hotel • Offer concierge service to guests Requirements: • Minimum 3 years solid experience in Front Office operation • Diploma holder in Hospitality, Travel and Tourism Management or related disciplines • Multi skills in administration and operations tasks • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin • Holder of valid Security Personnel Permit would be an advantage • Less experience will be considered as Assistant Guest Services Supervisor To apply, please send your covering letter together with detailed resume stating expected salary, contact numbers and availability to our Human Resources Department via email: hr@hotelstage.com or telephone no.: 9078 8503/ 3953 2285 or whatsapp: 9078 8503.
