職位內容
職責 - 負責日常餐廳接待服務，包括歡迎客人、處理客人在電話、Whatsapp及電子郵件上的預訂和查詢 - 根據客人的喜好製作量身定制的菜單 - 及時處理及跟進客人的投訴 要求 - 最少1年的客戶服務或預訂中心工作經驗 - 能說流利廣東話及略懂英語及普通話 - 熟悉預訂系統和軟件 - 良好的溝通和人際交往能力 - 細心及關注細節 Job Responsibilities - Provide daily restaurant reception services, including welcoming guests and handling reservations and enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email - Prepare personalized and customized menus based on guests' preferences and requirements. - Handle customer complaints promptly and follow up to ensure satisfactory resolution Job Requirements - Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, or reservation centre operations - Fluent in Cantonese, with basic proficiency in English and Mandarin - Familiar with reservation systems and related software applications - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Detail-oriented, organized, and attentive to customer needs
