- Diploma in hospitality management - Minimum 5 years experience in Housekeeping Department - Sound operational and supervisory knowledge and experience - Mature and strong leadership with good problem solving skills - Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin - Shift duties required - Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Floor Supervisor
