Cafe Manager

Job Duties: -Oversee day-to-day operations and monitor the performance of the restaurant to maximize sales and productivity, manpower efficiency and customer service standard -Assure Company standards can be carried out in terms of product quality, customer service level, hygiene & safety, provide staff training -Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and implement the marketing activity plans -Perform any other restaurant duties as assigned by the Company Requirements: -At least 5 years' experience in Café / Western style restaurant management -Strong leadership, communication, planning, problem-solving skills, customer-oriented, self-motivated, -independent and able to perform multi-tasks under pressure -Willingness to work as part of an energetic & efficient team in a fast-paced environment -Excellent communication skills in Cantonese, English & Putonghua -Can-do attitude is a must
