Passenger Services Officer

Salary: $20,500/month Working Time: 6 days per week, 9 hours per day (including 1-hour meal break), SHIFT WORK Job Responsibilities: 1. Verifying travel documents (passports, visas, and entry permits) to ensure compliance with international regulations 2. Assigning seats and issuing boarding passes 3. Checking in hold luggage to ensure it meets safety and size limits 4. Processing excess baggage charges and tagging bags correctly for their final destination 5. Assisting passengers during flight delays, cancellations, or overbooking scenarios 6. Resolving issues related to ticketing errors or unrecognized travel documents 7. Coordinating services for wheelchair users, unaccompanied minors, and passengers requiring medical aid Job Requirements: 1. HKCEE / HKDSE or equivalent; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply 2. Fluent in Cantonese, good English and Putonghua 3. Detail-minded, patient and able to work under pressure 4. Willing to perform shift duty and overtime work in the airport 5. Positive attitude with a commitment to work in the aviation industry 6.
