INTERIOR DESIGN PROJECT MANAGER RESPONSBILITIES Manage the project team from inception to completion Prepare and review construction drawing, sketches and specification Monitor and control renovation progress Ensure compliance with company’s standard to meet quality, cost, safety and schedule requirement as well as projects' maintenance Participate in tendering, drafting proposals / method statements / technical submissions Planning and coordinating fitting-out projects Execute projects, supervise site works and attend site meetings SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS F.5 or above / Higher Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, Building Studies or equivalent Proficient in Photoshop, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, AutoCAD & other design based skills Good command of spoken & written in English and Chinese Good time management and organization skills A proactive problem solver and a strong team leader with a can-do attitude Independent, polite, responsible, self motivated Applicants please send CV, expected salary, personal profolio (if any), and date available to us by clicking “Apply Now”.
