We are looking for a Customer Service & Operations Assistant to join our fast-growing meal plan business! 【What you'll do】 • Provide timely customer service via Phone/WhatsApp/Social Media • Process customer orders via Excel & web templates • Work closely with team to monitor experience & assist kitchen orders 【Requirements】 • Fluent in English & Chinese (written/spoken) • Good Excel skills (Pivot Table & VLOOKUP) • Self-motivated, customer-oriented with a "Can-Do" attitude • Min 1 year CS experience (online/phone/email) • Legal right to work in HK 【Apply】 Send CV to Anson.kwok@fittery.com.hk & Jay.han@fittery.com.hk or WhatsApp 60461977 Anson
