餐廳副經理 Assistant Manager / 主管 Supervisor

工作職責： • 協助餐廳經理管理餐廳日常營運，確保團隊持續提供超卓服務，並超越顧客期望。 • 監察團隊表現，透過持續監督及實務指導，鞏固及提升服務標準。 • 建立及維持與尊貴顧客的良好關係，確保顧客滿意度及忠誠度。 • 向管理層匯報市場趨勢及競爭對手分析，支援策略規劃及推廣活動的制定。 • 執行上級指派的其他相關工作職務。 入職要求： • 持有酒店管理、餐飲管理或相關學科文憑。 • 具最少5年餐飲業營運相關實務經驗。 • 具備優秀的溝通技巧、以客為本的服務理念、自信及積極進取的工作態度。 • 成熟穩重、勤奮盡責，能在壓力下高效工作；同時具備主動積極的態度、自我驅動能力及卓越的團隊領導才能。 • 具良好的中英文口語及書寫能力。 • 經驗較少者將考慮為主管。 Responsibilities: • Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensure high quality of guest service. • Monitor team performance, reinforcing service standards through consistent monitoring and hands-on coaching. • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our valued customers, ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. • Report market trends and competitor analysis to manager to support strategic planning and promotional initiatives. • Perform all other duties as assigned by superiors. Requirements: • Diploma in Hotel/Catering Management or related disciplines. • A minimum of 5 years' hands-on experience in Food & Beverage operations. • Exhibit excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented mentality, self-confidence, and an energetic work approach. • Demonstrate maturity, diligence, and the ability to thrive under pressure, while also showcasing a proactive, positive attitude, self-motivation, and strong team leadership skills. • Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English. • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Supervisor.
