Assistant Merchandiser / Merchandiser (Japanese Speaking N2+)

About the Company Our client is a well-established international trading and manufacturing organization with a strong presence across Asia. Key Responsibilities • Assist in merchandising activities including production planning, costing, and price negotiations. • Coordinate closely with factories and suppliers to monitor production schedules and order progress. • Conduct factory visits and quality inspections to ensure products meet customer requirements. • Support daily communication with internal teams, suppliers, and overseas stakeholders. • Handle ad hoc projects and assignments as required. Requirements • Degree holder in any discipline. • Fresh Grad Welcome for Assistant Merchandiser position. • Proficient in spoken and written Japanese (JLPT N1 or N2 is required). • Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. • Open to business travel within China and the Asia Pacific region when required.
